I remember years ago that two friends tried to get me play this; I instantly dropped out in the moment that a jumpscare effect jumped in my face without even being nearby anything.
I already had a deep hatred for jumpscares, but the fact that my first impression of running around after already being scared tf out of myself with the ambience was to eat a jumpscare for no reason. I can get it if I'm being chased by something that I can see or if it already caught my butt...but doing that out of nowhere is a truly cheap shot.
...but its fun to see someone actually get a kick out of this game lol
(and didn't know it was playable in co-op)
Yeah, this game can be played in cooperative, even the old versions, but so far it can only be played with external programs, the game is unattended, so for the moment there is no other way. The jumpscares it gave at that time were horrible, nowadays not so much hahaha.
