PLEASE READ and advise (If any one is able to!) Help required!
Sorry for the capitals and the 'emergency' post... I just want this to be seen!
I have 5+ people trying to sign up and so far none of them have been able to successfully post. These are all people who post regularly on YouTube, but are complete new to the crypto world and this platforms.
I am getting bombarded (...slightly exaggerating here) with messages from them as they are struggling to sign up and post. This could be due to my 'target audience' having lower computer literacy that most (shouldn't be the case) OR it means that the sign up process is confusing and indirect.
Common confusions:
- Hive, ecency, 3speak (issues understanding why so many platforms doing the same thing) I've explained they're all the same thing
- Signing into Hive and Ecency accounts, met with this error 'We are working on better sign-up experience. Stay tuned'
There is a load of other things, I'm trying to talk through with them but it made me think that the sign up isn't user friendly? I didn't really have these issues in all honestly, and it seems like many are not, but some are.
IS there a 'help' or 'support' page or email I can forward over to people rather than trying to answer all of their questions via email... been going on for weeks now and I don't really know what else to suggest

The link you're seeing above is your Ecency referral link, you can send it to whoever you want to onboard so they can click and register.
First, I will like you to understand that registering Hive through Ecency is the same as registering through PeakD, hive.blog, InLeo and the likes of them. They are all for Hive Blockchain, they are just different means of getting to Hive Blockchain..
Now, for the moderators to be able to count the people you are referring to Hive Blockchain easily, they proposed you use Ecency to register your referrals and above there I pasted your own referral link..
All you need to do is send the referral link to them so they can sign up
When they click on the link, it will take them to where they will choose a unique username for themselves and also put their emails..
After inserting the emails then they can go ahead to continue the registration. An interphase will pop up with the first option REGISTER FOR FREE they should click on register for free.
An email will be sent to them by Ecency so they can go and verify their email. They should check their spam Incase they didn't find it in their inbox
After successfully verifying their emails, Ecency will send another email. The email sent to them is containing their username and master key then they can use it to login either via the same Ecency or any frontend (PeakD, InLeo, Hive.blog) provided they have their keys and username with them..

Thank you so much! I have 3 people who have used my link to sign up but just can't post or do not know how to. I know it takes a few days to become familiar, but it seems they do not know what to do or how. I didn't have many issues, but it was years ago now. I have let them know your advice, I appreciate it :)
@keychain is the most easy to use.
Maybe they cant post because need an RC (Resource Crédits) loan.
Other thing maybe can be útil for u are the friends at @theterminal or @aliento .
