My name Den Kay, a singer, songwriter and professional background vocalist a member of The Dulcet and Bayelsa City Choir, based in Bayelsa state.
I’m very passionate about music, and love creating covers that inspires people
I’m been singing since I was little and I’ve performed on stages, winner of Sing Karaoke season 1, 1st runner up Bayelsa Karaoke Singing Competition season 4 and also the defending champion for the National Festival for Art and Culture (NAFEST2024), one time first place winner of the Vibes Web3 Music Competition
My styles blends emotion, storytelling and I enjoying connecting music with people through my voice

So yeah Mary, Did You Know has always been one of the most powerful Christmas songs to me, not just because of its melody, but because of the deep message it carries. The cover was inspired by the wonder of Christmas the reminder of hope, love, and the incredible gift of Christ.
As I sang it, I wanted to reflect the emotion and truth in each line.. imagining Mary’s perspective, and letting that awe shape the sound. This season is more than lights and gifts it’s a time to reflect on the miracle behind it all.
