You can try to get support from ocdb or some big curation account not sure how but theres some communities that get support from big accounts if thats what u mean by not being able to reward~ good luck with that. too bad i dont know japanese so i cant really help

I've been thinking about rebuilding the Japanese community for a while now, and after talking about this on Leothreads a few days ago, I feel even more strongly about it.
Rewards are indeed a difficult issue. I also read the discussion below and very helpful. There are still a lot of things to consider before I get started.
yaaa I tried to see if they could help you but seems like they can't if it's just the japanese language maybe you need a certain topic. you should really talk about it with acidyo to see . He has the experience and knowledge in building communities and helping communities if im not wrong

It's a shame that a specific language community doesn't get the support, but the Japanese need a language community. I guess we should get people here first, and then from there we can create a community for another topic... that's still a long way off.
O.O then youll have to get them to band together to delegate to a designated curation account like you know philippines has one and some other language communities im not sure
Oh, I was going to ask my friends in the PH community how they collect HP. I see it's delegation from community members.
ya and then it collects but they also have to payout curation rewards which i think is automated as well

We don't generally incubate location/language based communities, maybe later when our voting power is worth more rewards. If OP would focus it towards something different we could discuss though. We also have an onboarding program he might be interested in that could potentially work out to be similar to curation anyway.
are you stalking me lol i didn't even tag you :O. Well I guess that's good information for her to know . Then maybe you know if any other projects would incubate it or i guess she will have to be the one to start it but to do by herself would be tough and get people to delegate to a "japanese curation account or something" but from what i know need to code or pay for service to send the rewards to people delegating to the curation account? I guess it could be done manual but i doubt anybody has a the time to do that. I'm not too techy or familiar with all this but hopefully u can help advise @go-kyo how to go with this!

Good to know the policy of OCD. I understand your intention not to incubate communities based on language or region.
I hope that this community will be a gateway to HIVE for the Japanese and an opportunity to engage with people from other countries and many other communities in the future. There are too few Japanese users anyway.
