So today's topic is on personal development, so it is very important for us to surf in school settings. Like what is sales-office, what happens with it, so whatever it is. Our friends tell us about their weakness and emotional requests. It helps a lot in understanding it. When we understand ourselves that what is our problem or what is bothering us, then our life becomes very easy. Like we should practice journaling. We should reflect. We should be mindful. The second thing is that we should do our goal setting such that whatever we have in mind is set very clearly, it should be measurable, it should be a time bound goal. For us, it means that there should be smart work, so all these things happen. When we set our call, as it is, there should be calls. It should be manual. When there should be weekly actions in daily life, all these things should be there. How should we build up our habits? I mean, how should we improve them, so habits should be built up. Not just from your identity, not from the outcome. You should support your identity. Build up that thing, keep consultancy in your work. If you do this, your habits will get built up a lot.

We should know time management. If we learn time management then what happens is that we purify our things. On high impact tasks like 80, / 20 rules are fine. We should do it. We should do multi tasking. Deep's block 14 important tasks is fine. We should not do multi tasking at one time. We should do only one thing at a time so that our time is not wasted and the work is also done properly.

How do we grow our mindset? We shouldn't be embarrassed by any failure or any feedback. We should learn from it. We should move forward and avoid repeating the mistakes we made.Should we not do that in the future, we have to be careful about this.We should adopt it. We should develop a growth mindset like a skill. We should do such a thing that our group mindset grows very quickly and we can adopt things very quickly. There should be emotional allegiances. Meaning we should develop it. There should be active listening to our . We should be aware about someone's perspective, about someone else's perspective, we should regulate stress and emotions in a healthy way,

We should know what to handle and how. We should control our motion intelligence. We should know when, how, and in front of whom to use it. We should have control over this thing, so we have to be very careful about it and the second thing is this.We should pay a lot of attention to reliability and adaptability, so that we should build that thing. Bounce back from set back and be flexible when plans change or change res, it means that the mood of many people gets upset. Many people start crying. People feel very bad that my plan was for this thing today, but that thing has been cancelled. But we should start understanding this thing that anything can change at any time. It can be cancelled, so we should not cancel our mood because of this thing. We should not spoil our mood. Due to its insulation, we will have to make this thing adaptable very well. Discipline and Self-Control Self-control of discipline is very important. In our life, like what we have to do and what we should not do, it should depend on our motivation. It depends on our motivation, if it is low then we will not feel like doing anything. But if the motivation is high and we have discipline, then all our work can be completed quickly and without taking time. It can be completed quickly and we will not feel tightness. There should be small rewards and routing which will strengthen us. We should do our daily routine according to our district plan.
