π CENTRAL TRUTH:
Faith is the currency with which we obtain what we desire from the Kingdom economy.
π BIBLE TEXT: Hebrew 11:1-6
π KEY VERSE:
"For by it (faith) the elders obtained a good report." (Heb. 11:2)
ποΈ COMMENTARY
Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen (Hebrews 11:1).
Substance is a type of liquid, solid or gas that has particular qualities. That means, we are saying that faith is the substance of things we are hoping for, in other words words, we are alluding that faith gives quality or value to hope. The value or quality of something is measured by how much it is worth - #5,000, $20, etc. Just as money is used to value goods and services, and as a medium of exchange in this earthly economy, so is faith used as a means of exchange in divine economy.
As you can obtain what you want, need (desire) with money (i.e. dollar, euro, pounds sterling, cryptocurrency, etc) so can you obtain what you hope for in the Divine Kingdom economy with faith.
With money, you obtain education, pay your bills, travel, employ the services of others etc. In the same vein, by faith, you obtain salvation, healing, divine blessings, etc.
Therefore, as money is a means through which we use to obtain whatever we need, (desired), so we use faith to obtain what we hoped for in the kingdom economy.
What Do You Hope For Right Now?
- Marriage with a befitting wedding ceremony
- Promotion in your place of work
- A new employment
*ο»Ώ The fruit of the womb - Divine healing.
If the above listed are what you need or desire, and pray for, the next thing you will do is to exercise faith, for faith is the currency with which these things are traded in the Kingdom economy.
