Player's Stats

First, we need to learn about player's stats.

For each player, there is 6 stats which is consist of Pass, Shoot, Dribble, Intercept, Block, and Tackle.

Those stats will affect on the attacking position or defending positions. Even if they are a forward, when they had good defending stats, they will cause trouble for enemies defender to get the ball passed through them. So at first I think it will be great to have as much stats as we can !

Roster Point System

As a short explanation, roster point is the sum of hard stats of each players. A Team have limit of maximum 360 Roster Point.The explanation of roster point is actually posted by the dev on https://support.genesisleaguesports.com/hc/en-us/articles/18964812652820-Roster-Points-aka-Salary-Cap

This could makes an interesting system, where people need to carefully pick their squad in order to makes the team effetive while balancing the system as well, because with this roster point system, no one can dominate the game by simply getting all cards with max out stats !

My Mistakes on Building Squad

As I realize that stamina is important, I'm thinking about getting some subs player in order to changed the players with 0 stamina on the half time (I often got some players get so tired).

I bought 2 midfielder and 1 forward addition. And just like what I've told before, I tend to get players with high stats ! But you know what ? I don't have enough roster point ! My total roster point is 423 out of 360 that is allowed. I don't even fill all 5 subs slot available !

I ended up with only 1 subs on 😅
But I think I could still use the unused players, because I can change the sub after each battle. But the problem would be I could only have 1 sub on each match.

My Suggestion for Building Squad

For you that on building your own team, I have suggestion to carefully pick players. Get efficient stats so you can have more players as subs. Defender no need to have high shoot stats is the example. I personally already upgrades my players with 30 bcx, so it would cost a lot to get another *6 players. Having suitable players since early will be very great before you waste much resource.

My Competition Progress

I'm keep moving forward with 1106 rating today and 2434 fans. With 46 games played, I managed to get 30 wins, 9 loses, and 7 draws. My team synergy is still at 3%.

Not much happens yet

I only managed to get 2 matches of 1 round yet, which put me on 5th position on current leaderboard for the local tier tournament

Meanwhile, for the global tier, I don't have any match done yet until few minutes I write this blog (the result will update later on the tourney site)

I found knotenbart as my enemies. You can see my players are out leveled cause my enemies already having players with 60-71 levels while my team on level 3-20. This cause massive hard stats different.

My team got owned by him and losing with 0-4 😅

On the 2nd leg, games are thight and my team still lose but with close score. It ended up with 1-2. Such an enjoyable match !

My Next Target

I will keep level up my team with more matches, and trying another match on the tourney as well. I wish for better result next time, especially on the local one cause there is level cap. I also look up wether need to change my team due to rooster problem, and will try to seek at the skill as well if sure the player was right on the team !
