Exploding Rats, is one of the reward cards on the past series, but never underestimate the power of these rats !
With just 4 mana cost which makes them easily fit on medium-low mana cap, these rats are having quite high attack with blast effect ! They also have very high speed with explode ability which will hurt all enemies when they eliminated. Their damage won't miss since they have a true strike as well! But there must be a flaw from any cards, and these rats flaw is their health point that is very very low, just 1 ! This mean they can easily eliminated with just a poke !

With these stats and ability, there are some ruleset that can help these rats to compete on the game:
#1. Equal ruleset is the first ruleset where they can shine most. This is because their very low health will no matter cause will be the same just like everyone !
#2. Sneak ruleset. On this ruleset, they can stay in the middle of the squad to makes them safe, while keep blasting enemies !
#3. Opportunity ruleset. Just like the sneak, they can attack from any position as well, but be carefull cause these rats must be the main target for all enemies ! But if you support him with their high speed, with some luck you could find these rats as an efficient monster to waste enemies attack !

Ruleset :

There is amplify ruleset, with opportunity and unprotected ruleset with 60 mana cap. Only fire and death element that is playable on this battle

I got the exploding rats, combined with the blind ability from Sorriel. I hope this could makes enemies even harder to hit these rats 😂
I also use taunt monster to protect the rats for few attacks.

How the Battle Goes

At 1st round, the rats completely evade all two incoming attacks from the enemies ! Which help the team a lot to survive from enemies attack while keeps eliminating enemies. My team leads with 5 monsters left, while my enemies only have 2 monsters left.

It won't take long with those high damage from my team to eliminate all enemies !

Conclussion

Exploding Rats is having high damage with blast effect and true strike ability which makes team very effective as an attacker, but is very fragile with only 1 health points. But they have a very high speed which if supported well could waste enemies attack.
There are some ruleset where they can shine especially the equal health ruleset, sneak, and opportunity ruleset where they can attack from any position.
They might looks as an easy target to eliminate, but with proper support, enemies might just waste their attack to catch them !
