My new years resolutions would be (pretty personal one)
share more how I am realy feeling to my loved oned (when I am not feeling well), if I feel the urge to suppress my feelings - tell my wife. If I have a relapse - be open and honest about it, just a moment of weakness.
Eat more healthy
Don’t take my loved ones for granted - reflect weekly and tell them once in a while what they mean to me.

To be honest, none at all... I gave up on them a few years back. If I find something I want to work on I write it down (so I don't forget) and put it somewhere I will see it every day and work at it.
You've got some great ones there, sharing and expressing as a male doesn't come natural, I understand that one all too well. Eating healthy is important, one I work on every day!
