The days that are full of almost unbearable challenges will build up on each other without you even noticing how heavy they weigh you down until after they had done their damage, and no amount of rest will be enough to make you feel better. In others words, shit happens.
A while back I thought the way to handle hard days would be to wake up after hard days are over, and on these days you need nothing but tell yourself things will get better each day. That method could work sometimes, but it may lead to feeling more run down at the end of a series of hard days and the problem is that hard days just keep coming.
I believe one way to handle these days will be to have a certain amount of will power and determination in order to move forward and continue enjoying your life.
It's as they say, tough times don't last, tough people do
Even with will power it is difficult to move forward because you may still feel the fatigue from several days of doing the same thing. You goal should be to not allow those days to be in your mind after they're gone.
You will not have to fight every day or have to learn each day from your actions or struggles, you simply need to hang in there, get through it and regardless of what happens. Survival in itself is an accomplishment.
All that I am trying to say is that hard days are bound to happen to anyone but it's not what determines the future, what you do is. But the trick of life is that it's so easy to forget this during hard days.
I've seen few people with the inbuilt optimism that they manage to make something even out of nothing and attempt to prosper in difficulty. It takes a lot of hope, patience and perseverance, some naturally are tuned with that, but everyone can build though traits.
