And go and stare into the morning light for ten minutes (not direct light)

I also dread the lack of warmth and sunshine. Makes me sleepy and low as well.

    I’d happily stare into the morning sun if I was up early enough to see it 🙈 Hopefully 🤞 tomorrow I’ll get up earlier, as I have some errands to run and a few more shopping trips before everything is shut for xmas 🎄
