Finding True Happiness

in FreeCompliments7 months ago

I believe that each person is a hidden gem of a valuable stone. The first step of improvement is to find the valuable gem inside you and clean up the mud. This means getting rid of negative emotions, a negative view of yourself, and negative beliefs about yourself and focus on your positivity. Now is the perfect time to do something good.

Look for apparent happiness.

Happiness:

What everyone is trying to figure out. Is everything only for More money, another car, a hot girlfriend, a good-looking spouse, a new, crazy game, or the hottest fashion trend. Is it safe to say that they are the main goals of life? Most likely not. What are we trying to find in those things or people? It's Happiness!

How could we enjoy every second? How could we get more pleasure? How would we feel energized? There are many ideas about this, but I will talk about what worked for me—how I went from being sad and angry to being happy and joyful.

Your body is not a machine; it is your safe place.

A lot of the time, people treat their bodies like machines. This trend can be seen on TV, in social media, at the sports centers, and the clubs.

The body is not a machine, even though it might work like one. It's your safe place. The body is integral to you and your life, but it's not everything. However, many people ignore it for other reasons, like their job or a fun night out. You need to take care of yourself. This is hard to do, and sometimes we have to be blamed for that and we should try to change it.

Even though this is basic common sense, it's worth saying again because there are so many unhappy, unfit people in the world and so many people who abuse their bodies. Your main goal must be to take care of your health.

Happy people are healthy people; it doesn't matter what other lovely things you have if you can't enjoy them.

Now, let's get to the silly part. The body can also bring you a lot of happiness. It makes you happy and fills you with joy. Look inside you it's in there.

People tend to look for happiness in many different ways when they are young or still in their teens. These included some of the extremes that majority went to, like drugs, sex, alcohol, fast cars, and crazy games.

In mid-20s, people try "mature" things: a regular sweetheart, meaningful trips, walks along the beach, jazz music, and a night at the club with the young men.

Do they work? Yes sometimes temporarily your happiness can go up, but it will only last briefly. Every person has a "set point" of happiness. Momentary changes in their value may be caused by things and events, like an unexpected gift, but they will quickly return to their original level. It's essential to raise the set point all the way through.

Why do these main things work briefly?

They wake you up.

There is one theme that runs through all of the things I've done it before. Almost everyone has tried to find happiness and joy through these. They all give you energy and make you feel like you're doing great things.

You're energized and happy, and time seems to be going backward. Every once in a while, time moves very slowly. There are times when you feel like the hours just flew by.

People think some experiences are great or better than others because:

a) It is chosen, meaning it only happens sometimes.

b) Molding: Society, TV, or group pressure warned them that it feels better.

c) The feeling is excellent.

There's probably more, but these are meant to be comparable. These reasons are made up to trick you, stand among you, and make you happy. If you got rid of them, you'd enjoy doing the dishes as much as you enjoy having sex.

Ability to Choose

Let's deal with being restricted first. This feeling is not a natural condition! You must know that every second is unique and essential because once it's gone, it's gone for good. Sometimes, certain moments are unique because we don't have them often; we pay a lot of money to get them, or they only happen once a year, or something similar. The way you differentiate is something your mind makes up.

Shapes society

Then came the molding. What's the difference between putting your fingertips on the computer and mouse and putting your fingertips on somebody you love?

What is the difference between the breeze in your lawn and while you're speeding away in the newest part of a $1,000,000 convertible games vehicle?

Of course, these are also fake credentials. There are many reasons why you might feel better when you're driving a game car: the lack of other vehicles on the road, the fact that your car is more unique, the number of hot people who look at you as you go fast, and the thrill of the ride itself.

Could it feel better if you sped down the highway in the same car for a long time and had the same people stare at you for a long time? I would get tired of it.

How it feels

Here it is, the natural feeling you have. A lot of people find that some feelings are more enjoyable than others. A soft silk sheet will feel better than a rough one. Even when it comes to sex, everyone has different tastes in partners, situations, etc.

Once more, these feelings are made up by your mind! There will be people who like rough sheets more than silk sheets. There will always be women who like Jack Dark more than Brad Pitt.

Your brain has put some things in the "fantastic" category, some in the "wonderful" category, and some in the "junky" or "at no point in the future" category. Other people will have put the same things into different categories. There is no clear rule about what is good or bad.

Pleasure and happiness all begin with you.

Others have said that specific displays caused certain traits. One example is that some people might connect connection with sex, and then they enjoy the closeness more than the actual act of sex. Some people enjoy sex just for the way it makes them feel. Again, that is something that you made up in your mind.

If you like being close during sex, imagine suddenly remembering that the person has put you down before. Without a doubt, the happiness will go away right away. What has changed, though? There is nothing in your brain except for how you see the situation!

One way to feel happy is

Let's say that all happiness and joy begin in the mind. How would you get to that state of care? You can feel with your whole body and all of your senses simultaneously.

Let me figure this out some more. I understand that jumping gives you a rush because your whole body and mind are focused on the task at hand for a few breathtaking minutes. Because of this, you have to use all of your skills. It makes your abilities available in ways you haven't used before in your daily life, making them feel unique to you.

You'll feel great after cleaning the dishes!

Should you keep all of your abilities open at all times, would that have the same effect? All of the types will look more lively. It will feel different each time. As you clean up, you'll feel water on your skin like you've never felt it before. It will feel like the water from a waterfall in a beautiful, relaxing place. You'll feel the heat in the summer and the cold in the winter. You'll feel all of them much more strongly and thoroughly enjoy them.

Remember that this keeps something harrowing covered by other pieces in the deep control section of your mind.

Take a cue from reflection; you're making yourself brighter.

How people react in any situation can be put into one or two groups. Some empty their minds. Some people focus their awareness on one thing, like their breath or a mental picture. You are doing what someone else in the class says you should do to improve your awareness and abilities as much as possible. That being said, you do it 24 hours a day, making you happier!

Also, almost every central faith or way of life promotes reflection as a way to grow. By increasing your happiness, you're thinking about things 24 hours a day, making progress toward growth, and freeing yourself from pain and suffering!

Raise your base level of happiness.

Remember the "set point" of essential happiness I talked about? The best way to increase happiness isn't to seek out short-lived pleasures. If everything else stays the same, I suggest you use meditation to raise your happiness level. Out of all the methods I've tried, self reflection is the one that has helped me the most.

I've examined a wide range of techniques, but I can't say much about them because I need to try them more to recommend them. I will tell you about them when I have time, and they work.

What about joyful happiness?

Now, let's discuss the joy that comes from temporary events. Even with everything we've discussed, there's nothing wrong with those. There are many ways to increase that Happiness.

Everything ends, good or bad.

"everything good or bad must come to an end" is often said to someone suffering or in pain. It makes the pain a little less severe. By telling them that the pain won't last forever and will only last for a short time, the person can no longer connect to the stress. This is another way to help them move from saying, "I'm in pain," to saying, "There is pain inside me."

What about adding something similar to the happiness you get from short-lived events? For example, if you see a pretty flower, do you want to pick it up and take it home? If you see a beautiful dusk, would you like to take a picture so it lasts longer? If you find your dream sweetheart for one night, do you try to keep them until the end?

When you try to capture greatness for all time, it blurs. If you look at the flower you brought home all the time, you might get sick of it or never think it's beautiful again. Some people call this "desensitization," and other ideas exist about why this is the case. But trying to hold on to pleasure breaks it.

Knowing that the happiness and pleasure you get from short-lived events will fade soon lets you relax and enjoy the present moment. After thinking about how to catch it and refocusing your attention on that, you just let everything be, and the pleasure grows.
