Warmest greetings from to you and welcome to my blog. It's Tuesday and that means it's TTTT - Taco Tuesday and Talent Tuesday. Alas there's no taco but I've got something juicy to share with you today.
I bet you'd be fascinated or rather gobsmacked by what you'll be reading here., hehehe.

So without much ado, let me take you on a walk through some of the strangest, most unique jobs out there. Call it quirky job, you'd be right, hehehe. And I bet you’d be surprised at what people do for a living.

Yeah, you read right - professional cuddler! - a person who provides snuggles and warmth for those in need.

Professional cuddlers work with clients who may be lonely, stressed, or just need a human connection. They offer platonic cuddle sessions that focus on comfort, relaxation, and emotional support.

And you know what, cuddling is actually a legit form of therapy! It can help reduce anxiety, boost mood, and even lower blood pressure.
Imagine being paid to hug and cuddle people for a living. That's just like getting paid for doing something you'd probably do for free anyway, and helping people at the same time!
But it requires patience, and a whole lot of cozy vibes.

Now I need a cuddle, hehehe!

So if you're comfortable with physical contact and have a knack for empathy, then professional cuddling job is for you.

• Professional Line Standers

Professional line standers are hired by people who don’t have the time or patience to wait in long lines or queues themselves. They’ll sit in line for movie premieres, ticketed events, allowing their clients to swoop in at the last minute and bypass the crowds.

Wow, just standing or sitting in line for someone, and I get paid, then I'm in 😂.

The interesting thing about this job is that it might not require a degree or specialized training, but it does require a certain set of skills which include patience, endurance, and the ability to withstand any weather conditions while sitting or standing in long lines for hours on end. You can say that "they're the unsung heroes of the entertainment world!"

No, I change my mind, can't handle it, lol.

If you’re good with role-playing that would involve pretending to be someone’s sibling and can handle some potentially awkward family dynamics, here's a job you can't afford to miss 😅.

Professional rental sibling is basically a job where people get hired to act as a stand-in family member for a variety of reasons. It could be for those who don’t have a good relationship with their actual family, or they want to introduce a new partner to their family and don't want to deal with real family drama. It could also be that they want someone to accompany them to a family event or gathering. So many reasons, I tell you.

This is job that has been paying since 1900, hehehe. Some folks do it a lot here in my region. They get hired to to stand in as family members, especially for wedding ceremonies.

I recently heard a story about a married man who hired fake relatives, no professional siblings, for his second or rather secret wedding. The truth came out years later and the marriage was annulled. That's the height of deception!

Chicken sexers are trained to identify the gender of baby chicks within seconds of hatching, based on physical characteristics like the size and shape of the chicks' vent, or cloaca.

This may sound easy but I tell you, it's not. Chicken Sexers require rigorous training and certification to develop their skills.
The interesting thing is that the job market for chicken sexers is pretty strong, too! There's always a demand for these unique skills, especially in the poultry industry.

So if you can stand the smell and noise of a poultry farm, and handle baby chicks all day, this job could be a lucrative and unique career choice.

This would have been a cool job to do but I can't deal with the hullabaloo of a poultry farm, lol.

The world of weird jobs can be quite fascinating and sometimes downright quirky! But the pay is damn good.
