My favorite is Brie, very soft and you can eat it with bread or fruit. I tasted a lot of varieties including Blue Cheese which is a bit disgusting, lol.

Blue cheeses are my absolute favorites! lol It's an acquired taste I think! Brie is always a great bet, simple and tastes great!
