Hello everyone, I hope you're all doing well. So today was a big day for me. We went to buy gold because my sister's wedding is coming up. We went to buy a ring for her and earrings for myself, just Sheraz and me.

I left Amara with Sheraz's sister. The gold was really expensive, and I was thinking about how poor people manage to afford it for their weddings.

I was feeling sympathetic for them, but Sheraz told me not to worry, saying that Allah provides for everyone and that we should focus on what we're doing.

We visited many shops, and my sister was looking at designs on WhatsApp. Then we found a shop that had a chain she liked, and we bought it for 8 lac. My earnings were 5 lac, so it felt like we spent a lot.

We didn't end up doing any other shopping, including for winter clothes because we didn't have enough money left. The gold we bought was unique and nice
After that, Sheraz told me not to worry about money and to focus on what's important. He said that if we worry we won't be able to achieve anything. I told him I wasn't worried.

It was peak wedding season so there were long queues everywhere. After shopping we went for a juice and sat in the car. Suddenly a bike hit our car and I screamed. Sheraz got hurt and was bleeding from his finger but fortunately it wasn't serious. I got a shock and fainted due to low BP. Thankfully Allah was kind and Sheraz was okay. I got hurt in my foot and hand, and the doctor had to put a cast on my foot.

The doctor said that the bone in my foot is fractured and I'll have to wear a cast for a month. He told me to be grateful that we both escaped unharmed saying that the roads in Karachi are very dangerous. He warned us to be careful while driving because people don't pay attention and just drive recklessly. I told him that he'll take care, and he gave me medication and told me to come back in a month to remove the cast.

When we got home Amara saw me and started looking at my foot, wondering what had happened. She was worried about me. Sheraz put me in a wheelchair and took me to Amara who started crying. I hugged her and gave her some milk, and she eventually fell asleep.
