It's been a long time since I powered down, I'm much more likely to power up, especially on the 1st of the month (like today). My bigger issue is my VP (manna), because my upvote policy is 100%, 100% of the time (even on comments), it drains my VP quickly. It's usually between 25 - 35 %. Sometimes I can recover it over 50%... for a while. I can't remember the last time it was at 100%.
Perhaps I should take a break for a while and let my VP recover!

Sure, powering up looks much better than powering down... I wish I could do the same... But I assume (better said "it looks like") that my situation will change too, in the next time. So let's hope I don't need all the 13 weeks.
Kind of depends - a part of the power down I use to pay a developer, the web server or the domain in a few days, but of course I would love to do it with liquid funds... However... The only solution is "work on it". In this sense:
