I think I finally did… for now. I decided to get up in the morning no matter what time I fell asleep. Eventually my body will learn it needs to sleep before midnight to get enough rest. Tough love 😂💙

Ehh, barely worked yesterday as I had a coffee which I very rarely drink these days and it kept me up till 4am again 😂 So I slept till midday again today, but I’ll keep trying. Going back to reality in January won’t be fun if I don’t get my sleeping patterns back to normal 🙈
