Warren Buffett Says It's About Love Not Money In Business and Life

I've said this countless of times that I follow lots of wealthy people because of my dream of beginning a wealthy person too. I learned something from Warren Buffett and wanted to share it with everyone.

Everyone wants to be success and the question is what is success? I think success is definitely individually and everyone has a different definition for success.

For me I see success as becoming Wealthy, Healthy and Helping to change the lives of your family and friends.

But Warren Buffett says true success is about love, not money. He's an old wealthy man so when he talks about life and money I'll definitely listen. He says that at the end of a person's life, the person will end up judging their success based on how much love they gave and received from their loved one.

He's certainly right because when you look at old folks whether they're rich or not, the one thing they always seek is to have their loved ones around them. Nobody wants to be old and alone.

I guess that's why most of the feminists that say they hate men change their minds at the age of 50 and above because they know without marriage they have no partner and no children to be with at old age.

Yes many of us will find it difficult weighing love over money since money solves so many problems. When we start a business we usually focus on making profits, winning at the end and making a great name. Warren Buffett Says that relationship between business owners and their employees matters more than that profit and so leaders should care for their workers or followers.

When there's genuine love between leaders and workers, the workers work harder for the company with more passion. More hard work will result into more profits. So the main objective of a leader should be to influence the workers to love the business and the leader himself or herself
