This post is not financial advice.
It's been a rough few months between the surgery, month long post op infection, a roof leak , home repairs and me juggling my multiple chronic illnesses it's been hard. The surgery and all the follow up visits cost us about $1000-$2000 more in expenses than planned. This month money was tight.
Luckily I have crypto.I was able to pay the phone bill and some other bills, bought groceries with my crypto earnings. It felt good to be able to do that and it really helped being cash strapped this month.
Luckily for us this cash flow issue was only temporary and will resolve by the end of the year/early next year. It's still good to have a back up plan.
The best part all of my crypto has been earned. I have never bought crypto with fiat. I do many things to earn crypto, obviously I am here in Hive though I did not use any Hive/Hive-engine tokens to pay this round of bills. I have more crypto in USD than I thought and it was all earned by me someone with multiple severe chronic illnesses. I do not get any disability or welfare benefits even though I can't work. But I can earn crypto on my time when I can
This is empowering. It feels good.❤️🦄

Oh and on a separate note yes I am still working in getting the tipping bot up and running. The main issue is we had to take our servers down during the renovations and my husband has been extra busy. It should be live early January. let's hope. It's just been putting out one fire after another here. But rest assured that project is still going a head just a few months late. Pretty typical of any crypto endeavor LOL.
Thankfully you had the crypto to fall back on. Even better that you earned it without having to invest fiat. I really like that picture. Is that a pure copper token of some sort?
yes it is. The front is the symbol for ETH. I got a few of these a couple months ago. I bought them with crypto.
