One of the problems many people seem to have is they see other people consistently being rewarded more than they are and they feel like they are being cheated and/or wasting their time. It’s an age-old problem around here by now.

Having consistent worthwhile engagement is enough to keep people around, but that’s almost as hard to get as those elusive upvotes. 😞

Educating people that this could be a worthwhile use of time, ore so than other social media platforms is the best idea, but most people don’t have the attention span to make it through all the explanations.

Honestly, the biggest problem is that everyone’s friends aren’t here.

This place is like walking into a big party where you don’t know anyone and trying to make friends for life. It doesn’t seem worth the time and effort to most people.
