Hello @behiver. Yes, it all takes place within the 3 day window that you have to engage with the readers and upvote their comments. CommentRewarder takes care of the rest.
Normal engagement after the 3 days is good. The readers just need to understand they won't be able to earn an extra reward for being late to the engagement party 🙃
