Our Zoomed In View
There is a great deal of propaganda in the lame-stream media that asserts that the average temperature is going up, that it's a problem, and it is caused by us.
There is a tendency for those who are new at playing markets, look at the short term changes and project that into the future for ten years. Over the last 100 years we see a temperature going up but also up and down on the way.
Zoom out now.
However, when you zoom out to a ten thousand year old view, we also see the temperature going down over time. With the temperature going up and down chaotically on the way.
But wait, what about the cars? There weren't any cars three thousand years ago, right? How come the temperature went up?
Any ideas?
So what is all the fuss about? No wait zoom out even more. Checkout the Geologic time:
Zoom Out Even More
So it seems that Carbon dioxide can be up but the temperature down. Although when the temperature goes up people and animals are more active, so it is possible that carbon dioxide may go up as a result of temperature rise rather than the other way around.
Why so much carbon dioxide at the beginning of the graph?] The period at the beginning of the graph is said to be a period of "explosion of life on Earth"
Carbon dioxide doesn't cause warming. Although warming can enable life to flourish and that increases carbon dioxide.
What about the hockey stick graph? The hockey stick graph took 'tree-ring data' chopped off and then added highly zoomed in temperature values that make tiny changes look huge.

A Greener Earth Thanks to Carbon Dioxide
Although carbon dioxide is not correlated to temperature, it does add to the ability of plants to grow and thrive.
Greenhouse owners on purpose add carbon dioxide to help the plants grow. We have a long way to go before we get to 1200 p.p.m. of carbon dioxide. Hopefully, the politicians will not ruin this chance to see a greener world an optimal carbon dioxide amount for plants.
