Sigle is a a web 3.0 open-source blogging platform focused on protecting your privacy, built on top of Stacks.

On their discord server, they posted two positions they are hiring for.

First position:

**FRONT-END ENGINEER ** "🎉"

What are your responsibilities? - Make user interfaces and interactions as smooth and intuitive as possible

  • Document the tech decisions in public

  • Work closely with our designer

  • Involvement in growing the team

What are the necessary qualifications?

  • 3-5 years front-end experience

  • Strong knowledge of TypeScript, Next.js, React

  • Previous experience working with designers and tools like Figma

  • Eagerness to learn and use cutting edge technologies

  • Ideally, some previous experience working with building text editors

  • Interest in Web 3.0 tech We expect you to:

  • be open-minded in search of great ideas

  • make time to help colleagues

  • admit mistakes freely and openly

  • treat people with respect regardless of their status or disagreement with you

  • seek to understand writers around the world, and how we can improve their experience on Sigle

What are we offering:

  • 50 000€-65 000€/year salary depending on the experience

  • 1% of the equity with 4 year vesting period ( unless the company exits earlier, then 100% is paid out )

  • Moderating offensive content (hateful, sexist (or sexually explicit content), racist, homophobic, harassing or bullying)

  • Replying questions from the community

  • Initiating the conversation and debates around Sigle and TEG (The Explorer Guild)

  • Setting up the channels properly What are the necessary qualifications?

  • Fluent English and good spelling skills

  • Open-minded: Do not give your personal opinion and be open to debate

  • Being curious: you need to know as much as possible about Sigle in order to reply questions of the community

  • Interest in Web 3.0 tech We expect you to:

  • Report as much as possible difficult scenarios and situations to us

  • Do not answer if you don't know, but tag us on the message (or send it to u via PM) and we'll handle it
