I didn't read to the end, @yaziris because it was giving me a headacheš, but this is so clever (of course). Winners all around. The recipient of the delegation gets a larger vote value and therefore more influence on the platform (attract bloggers). The delegator gets an increased incentive to delegate (beyond altruism). The bloggers get enhanced rewards.
