Our little monkey got her first pair of ice skates for christmas!!! So naturally we have to go skating.

Being active can be super hard in the winters here, along with SAD... seasonal depression. So, learning new things and getting ourselves outdoors in the wintery fresh air does wonders for our health!
Today, the ice rink was closed.. so we went to the river and we are so thankful for papa who made us a small little ice rink to practice on!
I even got skates!!!
This was and will continue to be a core memory unlocked in my brain! Spending quality time together learning new hobbies and activities as a family!
