So, I have reached an agreement in the process of haggling over the price of the fish. But I asked him to help me throw out the entrails of the fish so that the fish wouldn't rot quickly. Dirt in the stomachs of dead fish is a source of accelerated decay in fish.

The fisherman took my fish out to sea to be cleaned there. He didn't do it on the beach because he was worried that the black sand there would contaminate the fish he was going to clean. Because of that idea, I didn't clean the fish myself.

You can see how the results of his work are very sloppy; the process of cleaning the fish stomachs, which he has done roughly, has damaged the shape of the fish stomachs.

I was very disappointed with the way he cleaned the guts of the fish, but what can I say? It happened, and I was still able to take the fish home. I have expressed my disappointment in the results of his work, and I deeply regret not having done it myself.

My hobby of fishing has made me very selective in choosing the fish I consume. But I am not a pure fisherman who goes out to go fishing every day, and this means that I am not always able to consume fresh fish.

Fresh fish is in great demand by everyone. The taste of fresh fish meat is much different from the taste of fish that has been iced or preserved so that it lasts a long time before it reaches your kitchen, and truly fresh fish meat is much more delicious.

As someone whose hobby is fishing, I have very good knowledge and the ability to differentiate between fresh fish and fish that are no longer fresh.

The condition of a fish's eyes and gills are the two main things that differentiate fish that are still fresh from fish that are no longer fresh. If you are still unable to differentiate their condition, then you should immediately buy them from fishermen who have just landed from the sea.

The fish that the fishermen have just brought home are definitely fish that are still very fresh, and their freshness is guaranteed. How could it not be? They just caught their fish, right?
