Opening the tent door at dawn is simply opening a door to happiness.
Last year the 2022 camp took place, which was awaited by all the young people, being the life in the countryside, the contact with nature the ideal scenario for the development of different skills, as well as other personal aspects that emerge during this type of activities, such as companionship, character, sociability, brotherhood.

Many of them have recently joined the scout group, so the experience in this type of activities will be totally new to them. However, they were all attracted by the idea of sleeping under the stars, lighting a campfire and being independent to cook their own food, which they found very interesting.
The place was the faculty of agronomy of light, very nice facilities for these activities.

An important thing for young people who go camping is the great opportunity for personal development in contact with nature and to be able to coexist in harmony with nature without damaging it. For this reason, when they arrive at the camp site, they carry out a series of contractions and tricks that allow them to reach their objective. How to tie a stick to the tree to hold the backpacks so that they are not on the ground.

The children also enjoyed activities that challenged their skills as well as having fun with their friends.

The first day concentrated mostly on setting up tents, building elevated fireplaces and other elements that would serve to satisfy basic needs during their stay.

Each team used rods to tie them together and build their fire pit, which would be at the height of a home stove. Others preferred to build it at ground level, but the functionality would be the same.

The firewood must be protected from humidity so they made a woodcutter's corner with levels to place the firewood according to its size. This ensures that the stove can be supplied all day long.

The development of the camp was based on activities that stimulate ecological awareness, games, songs, stargazing and finally theatrical performances, with three plays that left a great message of positive values embodied by young people during the closing campfire where they could not miss the roasted marshmallows.
