There is nothing better than enjoying nature with a quiet walk.
After discovering this forest, I couldn't resist going back to it, because it has given me a lot of calmness not only mentally, but it helps my physical health as well.
I selected another part of the forest to walk through on my map, as it is so vast that I have to get to know it in sections.
I discovered that most of the trees are pine trees. Pine trees are very good for your health.
I always associate nature a lot with well-being. Everything is in the natural.
Many years ago, in my family, we had an acquaintance who was a professional gardener. His name was Ivo and he knew so much about plants that it was impressive.
He knew the scientific names of plants and their properties, he was a lover of plants, flowers, trees, animals... the whole of nature.
He lent us a book about medicinal plants, typical of Argentina. In my garden I had many of them without knowing it.
I loved him like a grandfather, and he taught me how to prune roses, graft and love nature even more.
He always talked about the properties of pine trees, especially that they gave a lot of oxygen to the environment. This is the property that is most accessible to everyone. As we walk among them we benefit from this property. We oxygenate our organism more deeply.
But pine trees have many more uses, like the ones I told you about last time about pine needles made into tea to boost the immune system.
The most prominent pine tree in this area is the Aleppo pine and according to my research it has the general properties of the other pine trees.
Which indicates to me that it is very good for the respiratory system, for those who for example suffer from asthma.
But pine trees in general are expectorants, so pine tea, not just walking among them, is very good for common ailments such as colds or flu. It is very helpful for lung function.
In the case of coughs it also helps and soothes the throat. A good combination would be pine tea with honey in these cases.
As a child I suffered a lot from sinusitis, and this would have helped me a lot if I had known about it. I like natural medicine too much.
I think that it is not only the beauty of nature that I like, not only what it gives to the eye, but also its properties and what it can help us in our daily life.
The most used part of the pine tree are the buds, which can also be used as a balm, it is antiseptic and antibacterial, so this property is very important to avoid infections for example.
Today there are many people with kidney and gallstone problems and pine is very good for these cases, as the tea is a natural diuretic and helps to prevent problems in these organs and also helps to eliminate problems in these organs.
Nature not only takes away stress and mental fatigue as it did for me on this short walk through the trees. It is also a healer of the body, this casing in which we live on this earth.
Many women reach a certain age and suffer from chronic cystitis, I have had students in that circumstance and that encouraged me to investigate something natural for these ailments.
Pine tea is one possibility, as is cranberry juice. But it has to be taken regularly.
My mother suffers from osteoarthritis, especially in her spine and hips, but also in her hands. Baths or compresses with a preparation of pine buds would be a relief for this ailment. This would reduce the pain in the joints and improve the quality of life.
Fortunately my mother walks a lot and avoids a lot of pain, but it is good to know something that helps with this problem.
I was happy to find this place, which I will continue to explore, knowing that I have the tools that nature gives me and very close to me.
On this occasion this walk helped me to release emotional issues and breathe fresh air, but always keeping in mind the amount of benefits it can bring to me and to everyone.
Have you ever tried pine tea or any other tree tea for a health issue? What do you think about the health benefits of nature?
Thank you very much for joining me here, best regards to all of you and see you next time.

Thank you!!
Yes, dear friend @avdesing, being in a natural environment helps both physical and mental health.
What a beautiful forest, and what beautiful photographs you have taken.
Thank you very much for sharing these beautiful photos.
have a great day
Nature is very wise and beautiful. Thank you very much and have a beautiful day @jlufer 😃
With the scorching heat of summer now in my country, how I wish there is a nearest forest like this to spend some time.
In winter it is cool but in summer it must be beautiful, summer is coming and I will go again. Thank you very much!😃
I think we were on the same place but distance apart....I do not see much difference between mine and yours....you are too deep inside...I was enjoying from.outside.
I like to go into the forest.... I'm not too careful of snakes, but they're not out yet hahahaha
I love to enjoy nature like this.... were you out of the forest itself? I didn't see you!🤣
I didn't know that pine trees had so many properties, I mean, it is obvious that plants are natural medicines as well as necessary for survival because of the oxygen, but there is much more to learn about them ❤️
Knowing about its benefits can help your health a lot.
I love the subject of medicinal plants, especially those that are in the woods, in the mountains, far away from the cities. You have no idea how good they are! Thanks Yami!❤️
Wow!... Nice way to recording outdoors @avdesing friend!!!

Thank you very very mcuh @jlinaresp ❤️❤️❤️
This is a great place, and you're right, forest walks appear to have healing effects on people. Some scientists seem to think that the colour green boosts the immune system somehow. But maybe it's also the scent of certain plants and trees like pine. I haven't tried pine tea yet, but it sounds wonderful.
In chromotherapy green helps the immune system and it is indicated for people with health problems to wear green, that's right. I love these topics! Thank you very much!😀
Thanks for the ride and for sharing knowledge. I was totally unaware of the pine infusion. And as you say it is good to have this kind of knowledge, I am glad that your mother is relieving her osteoarthritis. A big hug
I love the subject of medicinal plants, but I know more about those from Argentina. Here I am learning. Natural is always better, even if it takes a while to work. Thank you very much for your help @enraizar ✨
for my help? let me think... I think I'm the grateful one. Have a nice afternoon and evening @avdesing
I translated help hahahaha I don't know why, thanks for your comment! Good afternoon and evening!
🤗
Lindas fotografías, esos senderos son espectaculares para pasar el día, las personas que aprecian la naturaleza se sentirían en paraíso terrenal pasándose por estos prados naturales, muy lindo 99.
I love nature, it's good for my mind as well as for my body, and I love hiking! Thank you Miguel!
Apparently you are like us, me and my grandparents love nature.
Beautiful forest that you visited to walk. Thank you very much for letting us know these beautiful photographs, the beautiful forest
Have a beautiful afternoon dear friend @avdesing
Yes, I love nature and it does me a lot of good to be in it. Thank you very much @miprimerconcurso ❤️
Los bosques me encanta son preciosos. Estoy enloqueciendo que no salgo a la naturaleza hace como un mes jaja
It was exactly the same for me! And tomorrow I'm going to the beach to walk for a while!😍
Cuidate mucho.🥰❤️
I love the subject of natural madicin and I am always learning more about it. Thank you very much to you @mamani 😀
You must be so lucky @avdesing! You're within reach to all of these natural medicines. I would really love to settle in this kind of place in the near future. Anyway, thanks for sharing!
I am really happy to have come to this place. Thank you very much @maryjolly 😃
@avdesing, friend, for overly sensitive people it is true that nature is a great ally. I imagine that pine forest is magical and smelly.
Sometimes I can't deal with so many emotional peaks and silence. Sometimes I think I'm just going crazy. And well... I go out, I walk, I breathe and everything gets better.
So that's why I understand you. 😔
I found that space beautiful, but there are also mountains, nature reserves, beaches .... and I will bring them all! They do me a lot of good, they are special, nature is wonderful!❤️
