It's a true skill to perfect making jerky— well done, @silverd510! Yummy and delicious!!! Choosing the right cut of meat is indeed crucial to getting that perfect texture and flavor. I've used cuts like flank steak and eye of round. I find that the eye of round is an excellent choice for its lean, flavorful qualities.
