The 2025 Australian Silver Lunar Snake Coins' obverse side displays a King Charles III bust, as Dan Thorne designed. This left-facing portrait is notable for showing King Charles III without a crown. This marks the inaugural appearance of a monarch on the obverse side of coins in this series.
The 2025 1 oz Silver Lunar Snake Coins has a a striking image of a coiled snake. This design captures a jungle scene with distant mountains and a meandering river. In the foreground, a coiled snake is depicted with its head raised, nestled beneath drooping branches and leaves.
