Think of it.
Coins exposed to Hundreds of years of tidal action, shifting sand, electrolysis. And they look crappy, many are past the point being unidentifiable but they are still silver. What better selling point is to add that poor condition Atocha silver to a mint product implying or imparting a spirit of the Atocha continues to live in these coins/cobs.
Of course they can't guarantee how much % for if there are any at all. I have yet to see an affidavit signed by the current CEO of Mel Fisher's Treasures on the Moonlight Mint's website.
