Music Monday
Every Monday I intend to post a music video (and a few words explaining my choice) I invite you to join me by doing the same in the comments section below. As the forum (hopefully) grows my aim is that we begin to inspire our fellow Hiveians to broaden their musical horizons by listening to the music that inspires us. The only thing I ask is that (where possible) every song we listen to is played nice and loudly on headphones or speakers in order that we capture its true essence.
As more Hiveians join this venture there is also going to be the possibility of being rewarded for our musical tastes via the number of upvotes each song receives. That said please never feel awkward about posting a track, a guilty pleasure, or even your own musical ventures. I have an extremely wide range of musical interests but also understand that music like beauty is very much in the eye of the beholder. As such I may play my chosen song, but who am I to define what constitutes good music.

Great choice, and yes I think I have a vague memory of singing along to this at a karaoke night. lol I remember when it first came out, the video was cutting edge .. first to use computer graphics in such a way .. something like that. lol Anyway, nice choice .. thank you for the music my friend!
It's been a wild and heartbreaking last week or so, something I am not up to talking about, finally got a small reprieve and clicked on the computer and there was Monday Music....time for my favorite de-stressor Punch Drunk and a few closet tears.
Sorry to hear that @sunlit .. I hope things begin to improve for you. I remember Sade was iconic during the 80's .. one of the albums/songs that help to define the era. Each of these tracks are both very beautiful and equally relaxing .. after a long day they're just what the Dr ordered. Thank you for the music my friend .. another great selection. :)

Hey my friend .. I hope you're keeping well. A brilliant selection this week, from an artist and equally the band he came from that defined the youth of both myself and many fellow countrymen of a similar age. Seen him live on many occasions and I hope to again .. but my fear is that you'll have to go through some sort of vaccine/virus tracking procedure before you can gain entrance to a festival or gig .. we shall see. Thank you for the music @thoughts-in-time .. an inspired choice!!

Haha I've never been one to follow any rules lol But ultimately if there is only one way into a gig and you have to have some kind of pass to enter it, then the options are fairly limited. I'll just go down the underground music route .. sadly artists like Brown will continue playing to their audiences at major events.

Great track, great flow .. in the age of synth and mumble rap they're definitely some of the best hip hop artists out there at this moment in time. I'll certainly be adding this one to my track list .. thank you for sharing and thank you for the music, a most excellent choice!!
