Having lived through multiple power-eliminating events (we call them hurricanes), including Katrina and Ida just a couple of years ago, there was indeed NO "mad max" events. Most people actually left their homes and the ablest of them found those who were less able and helped them. In a multi-racial city, racial biases, which are exaggerated anyway, ceased to exist. Everyone helped one another. You yourself, having lived through a devastating "hurricane" should know better than anyone that "mad max" is a construct of those who continually try to scare us into submission. Please don't encourage them. There has to be a better way to sell your wares.
