You should have at least enough HP to be able to transact on the blockchain. Then, the more HP you haven the more you have a say in governance and the higher your curations reward. This is what we call the snow ball effect.
At least how much HP should I've collect in my account??? 100hp or more still I've only 35 hp and out of it 15hp is of someone's, she lend me some hp.
I write article but those weren't curated more that suddenly i can accumulate a lot of HP. It takes time maybe some months.
