I really like reading these posts - thanks for producing them. Its a bit sad to see the total numbers in the 'previous editions' list. I find it hard to believe that there is so few active users in our country of 60M+ people. However, HIVE is hard to explain, and onboarding aint easy - and I can also understand how some loose interest, especially as it can take effort to stay on top of everything.
Another UK meet up would be interesting. I will try to get to one at some point, but often life gets in the way - and maybe a Scottish meet-up could be an option (dont have to be Scottish, would just be in Scotland - kilts not obligatory !).
Anyway, thanks again - great to see this !
I think we need meetups all over the country. Maybe next time I'm in Edinburgh I can try to meet some people.
We hit that peak early in the year, but seemed to lose a few people. I hope some of them will come back at least. It would help if Hive got some media exposure, but that doesn't seem to be easy.
