Ingredientes:
• Coco (rayado por el lado más grueso)
• Panela de papelón
• Harina de trigo
• una cucharada pequeña de bicarbonato de sodio
• Especias (clavos de olor, guayabita dulce, canela etc)

Se coloca En una olla con agua a hervir el papelón con las especias para que se derrita el papelón y las especies suelten su aroma y sabores.

Cuando estén a temperatura ambiente se les va agregando el bicarbonato,

(es bueno que el rayado sea grueso, así encontramos pedacitos de este año morder), la preparación debe quedar, pesada, pero no como una masa.
