SALSA DE POLLO CON ARROZ BLANCO-----CHICKEN SAUCE WITH WHITE RICE

Buenos dias a todos, como se observa en la foto, la verdad es un plato de comida, que me agrada mucho, arroz blanco y salsa de pollo, para preparar la salsa, antes mencionada, en una olla pequeña. agregamos cebolla cortada en julianas bien fina, le vertemos un poco de aceite, revolvemos un poco luego sal a gusto, ajo y especias varias, luego los trozos de pollo, depues un poco de agua y por ultimo el tomate maduro cortado bien fino, de esa foma vamos revolviendo despacito hasta que este lista dicha salsa, siempre que termino de cocinar algo, le agrego pimienta negra.

Luego para el arroz agregamos agua caliente en una olla, la ponemos a que hierva y cuando esta bien caliente le agregamos muy despacio dicho arroz y vamos revolviendo para que no se haga grumos, luego cuando esta cocinado, quitamos dicha olla del fuego, colamos el arroz y le agregamos la salsa y listo para degustar con la salsa antes mencionada.
