ARROZ CON CABALLA, TODO UN MANJAR-----RICE WITH MACKEREL, A DELICACY

Muy buenos dias a todos, a veces nos preocupamos, en pensar lo que vamos a almorzar, pero como digo yo ahi esta la iniciativa de cada uno, urgando en el mueble donde guardo las provisiones, encontra una lata de caballa al natural, entonces me dije que mejor que esto para el almuerzo, por supuesto que sin pensarlo dos veces, tome una bolsita de arroz, agregue agua a una olla, cuando esta comenzo a hervir, le agregue un poco de aceite luego le fui agregado el arroz y revolviendo, para que no se haga grumos, luego cuando se cocino lo cole y lo deje que se enfrie un poco, mientras preparo cebolla y ajo para agregar a todo esto.

Corte la cebolla morada, la enjuague muy bien para que no quedara acido, luego cuando el arroz estaba, un poco mas frio, agregue la lata de caballa, la triture muy bien y tambien agregue al arroz, luego le agregue limon, sal a gusto y un poco de aceite de oliva, despues de haber mesclado muy bien todo, comenzamos a degustarlo, la verdad que salio muy rico.
