Saludos @joseemag a pesar que vivo en Venezuela y conozco mucho mi país, no logro identificar la ciudad o el pueblo de Palmira, seguramente pertenece al Estado Táchira, pero no estoy seguro, donde están ubicadas estas instalaciones (Villa Chalet). También es por el hecho que no lo mencionas en tu post.
