Para en esta ocasión quiero compartirles esta sencilla (y por sencilla no quiere decir que me haya tardado poco) animación que hice en after effects, aplicando los conocimientos aprendidos gracias al curso de introducción a Motion Graphics con After Effects.
This time I want to share with you this simple (and by simple I don't mean that it didn't take me long) animation that I made in after effects, applying the knowledge I learned thanks to the course of introduction to Motion Graphics with After Effects.
Fue un proceso tardío, pero muy gratificante en lo personal. El curso es muy completo; mas adelante en futuros posts les enseñare los otros proyectos que hice gracias al mismo.
It was a late process, but very rewarding for me personally. The course is very complete; later in future posts I will show you the other projects I did thanks to it.
Dicho esto, los dejo con el proceso resumido de la animación de este intrépido Dinopatín.

Antes que nada, hice el diseño en Photoshop, utilizando la herramienta pluma y dividiendo cada parte del dinosaurio y elementos de la composición, en capas diferentes para que así a la hora de importarlas a after, estas fueran muchísimo más fácil de organizar y animar.
First of all, I made the design in Photoshop, using the pen tool and dividing each part of the dinosaur and elements of the composition into different layers so that when importing them into after, they would be much easier to organize and animate.
Ya en after, lo primero que hice fue animar la entrada y salida del movimiento de la patineta, así como también darle un efecto de rebote, haciendo alusión a que el suelo tiene relieve. Además de esto, también anime el parpadeo del dinosaurio para que le diera un aspecto mucho más amigable.
Already in after, the first thing I did was to animate the entrance and exit of the skateboard's movement, as well as to give it a bouncing effect, making it look like the ground has relief. In addition to this, I also animated the dinosaur's flicker to give it a much friendlier look.
Lo segundo que hice, fue animar el movimiento de las libélulas y su aparición dentro del video.
The second thing I did was to animate the movement of the dragonflies and their appearance in the video.
Hecho esto, anime y cree un pequeño efecto sobre la rueda trasera, para simular la tierra que va levantando esta al rodar sobre el suelo. Así como también el movimiento de las hojas para simular el paso del Dinosaurio.
Once this is done, animate and create a small effect on the rear wheel, to simulate the earth that it lifts when it rolls on the ground. As well as the movement of the leaves to simulate the passage of the Dinosaur.
Luego anime el movimiento del dinosaurio a la hora de entrar y salir, para que este se viera mucho mas natural y no se viera simplemente como una masa rígida que se esta moviendo encima de una patineta. Así como Tambien algunos efectos sobre el casco.
Then I animated the movement of the dinosaur when entering and exiting, so that it would look much more natural and not just like a rigid mass that is moving on a skateboard. As well as some effects on the hull.
Ya casi terminando, duplique y anime el movimiento de las patas izquierdas, hasta que coincidiera con el movimiento del cuerpo. También anime las ondas del fondo para simular algo así como el movimiento del viento.
Almost finished, I duplicated and animated the movement of the left legs, until it matched the movement of the body. I also animated the waves in the background to simulate something like the movement of the wind.
Finalmente, añadí unos efectos de estilización para que los movimientos se vieran como si se difuminaran por un momento (así como cuando pasan los autos a gran velocidad) para que los movimientos se vieran muchísimo mas naturales.
