Llevarte la oficina al jardin si es posible

• Lo primero que hay que hacer es ubicar un sitio en la terraza o en el patio, preferiblemente tranquilo, con poco ruido, bajo la sombra, y es necesario coloca una sombrilla, ya que mantenernos frescos será primordial para nuestro bienestar.

• El otro aspecto muy importante es sentirte en una posición cómoda, ya que pasarás varias horas trabajando y se debe evitar posteriores dolores de espalda o forzar la vista por no estar a una altura adecuada con respecto a la pantalla de la laptop.

• Un punto vital es la conexión eléctrica para evitar a toda costa la interrupción de tu trabajo. En este sentido, es conveniente llevar una batería portátil, preferiblemente recargable con luz solar; también puedes contar con un cable de extensión que te permita llegar al tomacorriente más cercano.

• Utilizar teclado o mouse inalámbrico con tu laptop, fara facilitar el trabajo de la muñeca y el brazo, y más cuando la silla que tengas no sea ergonómica.

• Usa un escritorio o mesa del comedor, ya que trabajar la laptop sobre las piernas o a una altura inadecuada puede ocasionarte dolores de espalda. Evalúa la posibilidad de comprar una mesa pórtatil para computadora, la cual se puede plegar fácilmente y dispone en algunos de sus modelos de ventiladores.

• Instalar cable Ethernet para lograr mayor fluidez del internet, en comparación con el wifi.

• Por último recuerda tomar agua, usar gafas de sol, protector solar y repelente para insectos, ya que no queremos que los mosquitos se vuelvan tu pesadilla.
