Hola a todos, es de mi mayor agrado siempre al cocinar, combinar dicha comida con algo de verdura, como vemos en este caso, que dicho plata contiene, zanahoria ralla, fideo espagueti de colores, papas en daditos fritas y un churrasco de carne de res, cocinado a la plancha.
Comenzamos con la papa, la cual una ves que la pelamos se la corta en daditos como vemos en la foto, la cual ya esta lista para ser cocinada, en este caso rita, el detalle que la coloco en una servilleta es para que salga la mayor cantidad posible del agua que contiene la misma.
Para freir dichas papas cortadas en daditos, agregamos aceite en la sarten y luego junto a este un poco de grasa vegetal, de esa manera sale todo mas liviano y sabroso.
De esta manera queda cocinada dicha papa, con ese color amarronado y bien sequita, como dije por la grasa vegetaly luego de agregar sal a gusto queda mas sabroso todavia.
Como les comente tambien fideo tallarin de colores, el cual para cocinarlos agregue una olla en la ornalla, luego el agua cuendo este hierve, le agregue dicho fideo, el cual una ves cocinado lo paso por el colador, le agrego luego luego sobre una fuente con una poco de queso fresco y listo.
Referente al churraco el cual les comente es de carne de res (cuadril) el cual cocinado en la plancha lentamente sale bien jugoso y mas blando.
