Realmente soy nueva en la comunidad (tomando en cuenta que otrora la comunidad no era la misma, no tenía el mismo nombre, ni exactamente las mismas reglas y tampoco la misma estética) Debido a ciertos inconvenientes me retiré hace dos años y regresé recientemente, hace dos meses. No es que esté dando mi opinión experta porque no lo soy, sino que explicaré los errores que he cometido para que tú no los cometas y así te libres de las sanciones que puedas cometer por ignorar el cómo se hacen las cosas aquí correctamente.

In Hive there are many communities that have varied content or that are specific, look for the one or those that you like the most and subscribe to post on them.

If you already have the topic you are going to talk about, first of all, get rid of all the fears you may have; I understand that sometimes you can feel inhibited because there are toxic people who destroy your effort, but for each one of those that exists, there are many of us who by seeing your content can guide you in the correct way to improve. Hive is a school and all the users who want to help can be teachers, so you, without fear, upload your content no matter how silly or poor it may seem to you.

There are many tutorials on layout (that is, the code system used in Hive to organize the text and audiovisual content) I recommend you see it before making your post.

Your first post should be the presentation post. Use photos of yourself, tell us about yourself, what you do, your hobbies, why you like Hive and who told you about it, what kind of content you would like to upload. We feel happy when one more join to our hive!

You can get text dividers and create pretty images for your farewell signs, thus making your posts more striking and beautiful. In this post you will see mine and you will get an idea to create yours.

Etiquetas:/Tags:

Tags are used to classify your content, you can mention one or some communities, or use keywords that have to do with your content. Avoid inventing tags, check which ones are generally used here and see which one has to do with your post.

Créditos:/credits

No matter how much or little the information you have extracted from a page, even if it's only three words or information that is usually in the public domain (such as Wikipedia, for example), quote it or place the link to that page or, at the end of the post, you can place the credits, specifying what content you extracted from there. Not doing it (even if all your content is original and you have only taken a little information to enrich your publication) is considered plagiarism, so do it beforehand.

This also goes for the images, if they are of your authorship, place the credits to yourself below them, so whoever reads it will not be wondering whom the photos are. On the other hand, if you took the images from the internet, copy their link and paste them below it in your post, so you give the corresponding credits.

For the love of God! Don't do this. I don't know if I was the only being on earth to do this foolish thing, but don't do it. Publish the same post in two different communities thinking that since they are different and each has its content, there is nothing wrong. Not knowing this will not exempt you from the error, you cannot do it. Although both communities do not have to do with each other, they both belong to Hive, so, if you already uploaded your post in one community, it is already in Hive, it is not necessary to publish the same in another community.

These are tips that you should follow so that you aren't penalized.

Hive and Discord have a close relationship because the communities have accounts on Discord and use it for their users to socialize and advertise their content. You must be aware that the mistakes you make in Discord will be indirectly reflected in Hive.

Once you are subscribed to the communities you want, check their posts to find their link to Discord. Each community has its own rules. I recommend that you take a look at them before doing anything.

There are communities that have a question section, every time you want to do something, it is better that you ask directly if you can do it, there the managers will solve your doubts.

However, there are tips that apply to all communities, for example:

You cannot upload your post again and again and again to advertise, simply because it has not been voted, believing that it has not been seen by the curators. Big mistake! Your post doesn't have to be curated obligatorily, in addition, you have 7 days for them to see and analyze it, remember also that your post is not the only one they should review.

If you have good grammar, good syntax and your posts are beautiful, eye-catching and harmonious, they will surely cure it, you just have to be patient. Publish your post once in each community you belong to in discord, in the correct section and maybe, you can publish it again the next day, after 24 hours, after that, don't publish it anymore. If it was cured, good for you, if not, keep improving to have a chance later.

On the other hand, you, as a user, should know that Hive is a social network where learning goes from the mistakes made to the advice received, so if you notice deficiencies and errors in users newer than you, simply leave a constructive comment where you point out, diplomatically and with respect, their failures and show them how they can do to improve

Unfortunately at Hive I have come across people who put their arrogance and smug airs before their help. Don't make the same mistake, leave arrogance and bad intentions behind. Being older or knowing more than the other doesn't make you a better person, the fact of knowing more about a topic than who is doing the post, does not make you superior to him or she, teach him/her what you know that he or she doesn't know about the subject, guide him/her. It's not about pointing out their mistakes to make fun of them, but about making them known so that they improve.

I am sure that when humanity leaves selfishness, bad intentions and arrogance, we can truly evolve as truly civilized beings.

However, I have also come across people who thanks to their advice and suggestions I have been able to improve and I'm teaching this to you today because of them.
