Personally as a student and basketballer Work-Life Balance is just like mastering a perfect layup. I say this because it takes a lot of practice and persistence .I also believe that work life balance is important for one's general well-being. As an Athlete-Student , I try all my possible best to allocate time efficiently for both my academics and basketball to ensure I succeed in both areas.
The term work life balance work-life balance isn't just about dividing my time; it's about seamlessly combining my passions . It doesn't matter if I'm reading books or shooting hoops, both activities propel each other, hence I'm invigorated and motivated throughout the day.
Though it might seem stressful sometimes,I try my best to adapt to a keen sense of timing, staying organized and setting boundaries, so I'll be able to handle the demands of both my academia and athletics seamlessly and excel in both.
Sometimes it becomes very challenging because the need to attend to either of both becomes high for instance when I have exams or an upcoming game competition , hence in such case I set clear priorities,try as much as I can to stay disciplined in my routines, always being ready to pivot when challenges like that comes up, both on and off the court.
Finally , personally I think Work life balance isn't just a goal to be achieved , it's also a mindset . As a student and a basketball player, I begin each day with purposefulness striving to create harmony between both responsibilities. Honestly It's not always easy, but it comes with great reward when you strive to balance it right.
