Hello, Splinterlands community! Today, I have another interesting battle in which I utilize the Swamp Spitter's Giant Killer ability. The match has the High Five and Equalizer rule sets, with Water, Fire, and Death elements available. I'll be using my scholar account and securing a clutch battle victory with this Swamp Spitter! The Equalizer rule set ensures all monsters start with the same health as the unit with the highest base health, so deploying low-mana monsters with strong abilities like Heal, Triage, or Repair can maximize power. Meanwhile, the High Five rule set allows only the five main Splinter elements, so it's important to choose monsters with versatile abilities like Void, Giant Killer, or Amplify to counter the potential strong deck of the opponent line-up.
Swamp Spitter is a pretty overpowered chaos legion reward card. Dominating those who use more than 10 mana cards, easily sweep them with Giant Killer. This unit comes equipped with the Repair ability, which restores up to 2 armor to the ally with the most damage received, and** Giant Killer**, which doubles its damage against targets with 10 or more mana. With stats of 4 ranged damage, 4 speed, 3 armor, and 6 health, this unit reigns supreme as both a support and a ranged damage dealer.

The battle has High Five and Equalizer rule sets with a 52-mana cap and Water as the active element. I opted for the summoner Possibilus the Wise, building a lineup around Arkemis the Bear as the tank, Coastal Sentry as the primary melee damage dealer, Djinn Oshannus as the main magic dealer and secondary tank, Swamp Spitter as a ranged damage dealer and support, and Nerissa Tridawn for additional magic power. Djinn Oshannus was strategically chosen to serve as a secondary tank in case the opponent relied on overpowered magic units.
The opponent also used Possibilus the Wise, with a lineup consisting of Coeurl Lurker, Mantaroth, Drybone Raider, Swamp Spitter, and Runemancer. Their strategy seemed focused on overwhelming me with powerful frontline units while mitigating damage from ranged and melee attacks. Notably, both sides featured Swamp Spitter, which stood out due to its Giant Killer ability, easily targeting high-mana units deployed in the front. Fortunately, the opponent did not include Arkemis the Bear; otherwise, the damage from my Coastal Sentry and Nerissa Tridawn would have been reduced to 1, potentially rendering my lineup ineffective.
As the battle progressed, my Swamp Spitter proved the MVP, effectively eliminating Coeurl Lurker, Mantaroth, Drybone Raider, and Runemancer. Despite losing both Arkemis the Bear and Coastal Sentry, my Djinn Oshannus tanked the opponent's Runemancer’s magic attacks and evaded several attack hits, helping me secure victory.
This battle highlights the importance of strategic card selection, effective synergy, and taking advantage of abilities like Giant Killer to counter high-mana units and adapt to rule sets for a decisive advantage.
A Big Thanks! for supporting me, being here, and coming this far. I'm hoping this strategy can assist you with some of your battles.

*Chaos Legion reward 😅😅
Thanks @saydie, really mess up there, maybe I'm bit confused of there stats name.
Btw, I heard rumors chaos will out of rotation in modern format. Is it true?
Once a new set was released. Earliest date is within April.
I see, so it's true. I guess its time to gather and grind more copies on these rebellion reward sets. And scholars will likely move to wild format or I hope our scholar guild would do something good
Once Cl goes to wild, there will be less players in modern so I think that will boost the sps rewards even when playing at lower leagues.
