Sad news about your Reddit account. I can understand how you feel about it. However, that can happen to anybody if you are active in sharing links.
I really appreciate how many subreddits you've discovered and how many Hive authors you've incentivized with 20% HivePosh rewards. Hope you'll come back to HivePosh when you feel recovered after this mad week when you invested in HivePosh so much time and got no prize in return.
You can choose a slower pace of sharing links with the focus on quality rather than quantity of links to avoid emotional burnout and have more guarantees that your Reddit account will be okay. I did it myself 2 weeks ago. This week, I shared only 4 links and simply was lucky with one of them.
Ohh yeah :((
Honestly do not even know fully why I got suspended. Did not get any warnings or letters after explaining why and for how long. But I do agree I did look a little like a bot trying to find new subs :) hah (that was more fun for me than just grinding same and same subs every time.
Sadly seems like Reddit is not really friendly about people just sharing links (never been a big fan of reddit so I did not know how hard they are going to be). I did find a couple of subs I liked more than the others so will probably start posting only into these ones when I return.
I will probably take a week or two off as I am working 12h days for a couple more weeks and do not have the power or time to make things right again. At least I am still welcomed back, that is always great to hear!!
For the future would you say the next best step to take is to make a new reddit acc (if I do not get my old one back) and link that one to my hive (is it possible)? See you all in a couple of weeks, keep grinding you are doing amazing!!! Lets get Hive into a bigger picture!!
Most probably, they suspended your account because it had many shared links (often several daily) and almost zero other activity. From here:
So: comment, re-post, and post something without links (your mobile pix, for example). It actually doubles the work. :( I myself follow this strategy but not that actively - often too tired of computer work to even upload something to Reddit.
So... the best way is to shift from quantity to quality to a certain extent, to find a balance between the two.
If you are busy anyway, don't remove your current Reddit account from hiveposh.com to be sure to get all the rewards for your previous activity. I don't know for sure (I am not the dev who created the program) but logic says that if you unlink your current account, you might lose the unpaid rewards made with the current account. Wait a week from your last Reddit activity of yours and then link a new Reddit account.
