In short some answers: From the cards epics and legendaries are a big help to have. Reward cards are the cheapest and very good. Peakmonsters site is super useful. Rent cards and try them out before buying them. In-print cards are cheaper than older editions, while they are still competitive. Buying specific cards is usually more efficient than buying packs. Still buying some packs from within the game gives you a chance of: 1) getting really lucky with the pull and 2) makes you eligible for airdropped cards. Plus it is always fun opening packs. Look around splinterlands community, check out some streamers, some give good suggestions for beginners/deck building. Also the game becomes much more fun in silver league.

I have delegated you some cards that give you enough power for bronze 2, have fun using them. I will leave them delegated for one week.
