BRIAR PATCH
For this week's challenge, the melee units are at a disadvantage because every unit on the battle field will be summoned with the thorns ability. So, there will be less or no melee units on the battle field. With all that brawn on the sidelines, will the rest of the team be able to survive? I guess we'll see.

It's already been established that I will not use a lot of melee units and I'm guessing that enemy would not as well. So, I will probably summon units that have the void armor. This would be good given the Born Again ruleset that will help to maximize the void armor. Armor will also be a good defense against the Earthquake even though I will also play a couple of flying monsters as well.

Thankfully, I can play the life team and I have Rathe to give that void armor that I so desperately need. Amplify would also a great way to increase the damage of the thorns in case the enemy plays any melee units.

Uriel is a great tank in this ruleset because he would get the void armor and would also be immune to Earthquakes. This guy is the only melee monster that is alllowed to play because 2X thorns damage is nothing compared to his potential 9X melee damage after recharge.

Next is the Pelacor conjurer. This guy has the perfect combination of abilities that I need in that second position. He can guard against snipe having the flying ability that will help him dodge ranged attacks and the magic reflect ability that will work well with Rathe's amplify.

I need magic monsters and I think Djinn Renova will do just fine in this team. Not only does she have a 3x magic attack but she will also strengthen all friendly units. One health can make quite the difference especially given the Earthquake ruleset.

Brightwing is another monster with the perfect combination of abilities. This magic unit has flying that makes her immune to the earthquakes, repair for the void armor and resurrect to give a unit another chance. She will be very important in this battle.

Still supporting the tank, we have the Crystalsmith and her tank heal ability. I just hope she survives the earthquakes.

Lastly is the War Pegasus at just level 2. I really like this unit and it has become a regular one on my lineups. The flying ability is needed. The shatter will help to destroy armor so that Uriel's melee attack does not go to waste.
The Battle Highlights

Round 1:
- Rathe summons his units with their buffs while the enemy uses Brighton Bloom to grant his units the flying ability. Djinn Renova grants my units an extra health each.
- Uriel begins to charge.
- My units focus their fire on the Unicorn Mustang while the other side attacks the sturdy Uriel.
- Chaos Dragon shoots a random magic ball at the War Pegasus.
Round 2:
- War Pegasus quickly takes out the Mustang who is reborn and killed again by Djinn Renova.
- Chaos Dragon shoots at Pelacor Conjurer who reflects the amplified magic back at the dragon.
- My units focus their attack on the Failed Summoner who is eventually killed by Uriel, resurrected and killed again by Brightwing.
- The enemy's units attack Uriel but he proves too strong to be taken down.
Round 3:
- Uriel begins to charge.
- All units focus their fire on the ones at the frontline.
- Brightwing kills the Chaos Dragon but he is resurrected.
Round 4:
- War Pegasus shatters the Chaos Dragon's armor while Djinn Renova takes him out for good.
- Fungus Flinger is forced to the front where is taken out by Uriel, reborn and taken out for good by Brightwing.
- The enemy units try to attack Uriel but either miss or are too weak.
Round 5:
- Crystalsmith is killed by the earthquake but then resurrected.
- Quora and Venari Marksrat try hard to damage Uriel but are too weak.
- My units weaken Quora.
Round 6:
- Djinn Renova is killed by the earthquakes but resurrected.
- Now, my units throw all the can at the last units of the other side. It takes a couple of hits but they are eventually destroyed for good.

CONCLUSION
In the end, I can say that my plan worked out perfectly. My units played their parts very well and I did not lose anyone as I had hoped.
Using the life team, and especially Rathe, was definitely a great idea. I anticipated the magic attacks and was able to properly defend against them.
The life team was also great because there were a good number of units with flying that also had certain abilities that were crucial. It really all just worked out perfectly.

i think venari marksrat might be better than the crystalsmith
I haven't used that card on a level higher than 2 so I can't say for sure.
it also has snare o.o at a certain level super good
