And what better way to demonstrate that progress than with a battle that, I swear, left me very excited; it was one of my best battles ever.
On this path to becoming stronger in the arena, I had to face a duel that was a true feat of strategy and agility. It was one of those battles where every piece fit together perfectly, leaving the opponent breathless and us with the satisfaction of a job well done on the battlefield. My lineup was simply perfect, friends; I was surprised by my own strategy.
For this clash, my team was commanded by the powerful Aurelia (Level 2). This nymph isn't just a pretty face on the field; with her 6 mana and that heart that grants +1 health to all her allies, she's a formidable warrior. Her presence on the battlefield was the pillar that kept my team indestructible from beginning to end.
Alongside her, I selected a top-notch escort that gave no quarter to any of my troops:
The Fearsome Tafarian: A tremendous lion, he's a ferocious defender, a wall of mane and claws that stands firm on the battlefield with enviable and invincible courage. He was tasked with taking the first hits and didn't budge an inch.
The Mad Mechanic: This imp is on another level. His frenetic thirst for danger makes him unpredictable and lethal. He provided that spark of chaos needed to destabilize the enemy ranks. Truly a power-mad maniac.
- The Vengeful Monk: Rearguard security, this monk was my best choice. Positioned last, this monk is an exceptional warrior who watches our backs while projecting his strength forward. His incredible feat was well worth it.
On the battlefield, everything was ready: 31 Mana available and a "Standard" battle rule, meaning there were no changes to the original game mechanics. Summoner versus summoner.
I faced a player named Matarrata, who had a 5-unit formation, including some elusive ones like the Nim Guard Captain and magic attackers. However, my team was rock solid.
The battle lasted a mere 5 Rounds. Five rounds of pure dominance. The most incredible thing of all, and what makes me most proud of this lineup, is that my team proved indestructible. While Matarrata watched his monsters fall one after another under the pressure of my attacks, my warriors finished the fight with their health intact.
It was a decisive victory. We managed to clear their entire team from the arena while we celebrated, without suffering a single casualty. That's what I call a perfect execution. In the end, we earned a glorious +40 Rating, climbing steadily in the Frontier League.

What did I learn on this path to power? That good teamwork is everything. Aurelia giving us that extra life point was vital to withstand the opponent's initial magic attacks, allowing my firepower to do the dirty work, hehe. I'm very proud of this battle.
This winning streak has me thinking big. I'm analyzing whether for the next battle at this mana level I should incorporate a bit more speed or if I should stick with this armored resistance that has given me such good results. It's always best to change strategies, but try most of the time to place the best options to achieve victory.
