I guess if I were to quibble I would say you can get way higher without having fully leveled cards. I have been making gold 2 and gold 1 quite often and while I have a lot of collection power it feels pretty wildly inconsistent. I definitely get flattened from time to time in Gold when I run into someone who is pushing for Diamond+ but when I'm paying attention I feel I stand a pretty good chance to compete despite summoners being a bit under-leveled or occasionally playing some level 1 monsters.

Thanks, and yes it does help! I'm still running Splinterland fests when possible over on #DCity too - thanks again!

Missed the giveaway again! 🙁 But still, great content bud! @stever82

Thanks for this video. I agree with Living Lava as one of the better tanks in the game. Though I'm still in bronze, I hope I get to play in higher leagues in the future. Knowledge and strategy win games! Great video by the way.

Thanks i'll try use fire and hope to climb up the ladder

Very good guide! I too think that living lava is very strong and it helped me alot at the start of the game

I'm really glad this series has started. I learned a lot from just watching over your shoulder and some offhand comments you made in previous livestreams, so this is great.

Obviously aiming this series at new players in bronze and silver makes sense, but of the three guidemakers on Youtube, you're the best positioned to talk about higher divisions too, so maybe you can come back around to some of them if you don't get around to slipping high division tips in.

Even showing the rental/sale market filtered by level and such was really good.

I loved the Serpentine Spy and Pixie tip. Your other tips were great too, you'd make a good coach.

Please do all splinters like that, including neutrals, you nailed it.

Great video, glad you are talking about lower level monsters and their usefulness in bronze/silver. I would also echo another poster and say a lot of the lower cards dont realy need to be leveled unless they give an extra attack. +1 hp in bronze for several $ investment probably isnt worth just curating a bigger monster pool of epics/rental legendaries.

Yey splinterlands

Fire Splinters were good especially if you have Yodin Zaku.

Pyre with the fire elemental and spark pixies, or malric with melee sneak/opportunity attackers have definitely helped me while I'm in bronze with only daily quest reward cards

great vid

An insightful video. Lava indeed too strong. Thanks!😅

Thanks for the guide I am new to the game.

Sad seeing steve recomending several great cards, just to realise cards like living lava cost like nearly 3.50$ per card. However a great video and the lenght with 30 min isn't to long in my opinion. Was perfect to watch while playing daily.

nice guide. hope next time you create about how to create a team based on the rule set.
Thanks always!

great video :)

Well, before they gave everyone ghost Beta cards, Fire was one of the stronger decks that you could get for cheap in Bronze :D Now everyone can play Alric and nuke your Living Lava off the board ;)

Rather than cover rentals in detail each video, I would just say that you cover it in this video and that people can watch it for more information.

nice guide bro

Thanks for sharing! - @ashikstd

Im in for the giveaway. Still new to this game @koipond. I like living lava. Its a very good tank

That's a lot of information to process by someone who just started but the explanation was simple and understandable. Would have to watch more videos to know more about the game. Question though, so if I don't buy my own cards I won't be able to unlock the next ranks or will the rent cards allow me to go up and unlock higher ranks? New players only renting worth it or should I just buy my own cards? Thank you!
